FOOSBALL GRUDGE MATCH

Foosball was invented in Tahiti by Hungarian inventor and cat enthusiast Henry Foosball, way back in 1996.

In honour of this great man and his ancient achievement, South Africa took on Australia in a winner-take-all battle to the death.

Over ten gruelling rubbers, maverick African Foosball aficionados Travis Logie & Jordy Smith took on the "Thunder from Down Under" duo Kieren Perrow and Dan Ross.

This is what it all comes down to; national pride, skill, patience, core strength, and managing a team of po-faced wooden characters attached to a BBQ rotisserie pole.

Ride the victory dragon, taste the tension, pull your hair out, feel the electric shock of defeat come through the handle when the other team scores a goal ... This is Foosball!
