It's becoming a tradition. With the day after the contest being hangover day, the day after the day of the contest is reserved for serious bikin', doesn't even really have a name, just everyone grabbing a battered scooter from uptown Biarritz and taking off madly in the roundabout direction of the Spanish mountains.
